Your new role
The Treasury Manager job is key within the Corporate Finance team with primary responsibility for all aspects of treasury management, the group funding position and supporting with strategy. You will support the Group Financial Controller by assuming primary responsibility for day to day liaison with funders, professional treasury advisors, and any internal or external stakeholders related to treasury. Key aspects of this treasury job will be to ensure all loan facility requirements are met on a timely basis, all funding is suitably secured (achieving the best allocation of security), funding costs are minimised whilst maximising liquidity and ensuring sufficient available funds at all times to meet the business need. You will be supported by a treasury co-ordinator, but you will not have direct line management of this person.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be qualified ACA, ACCA , ACT or equivalent, and have at least 3 years experience within treasury management. In particular you will have a strong understanding of funding lines and approaches to accessing liquidity as well as good analytical skills with advanced excel. Supporting the Group FC with external advisors will be key, so experience in this must be evident with strong communication skills. It also goes without saying you will be familiar with finance systems and adaptable to change.
