ACA Newly Qualified Accountant - PWC/KPMG/Deliotte/EY - Practice Trained - Construction/Healthcare

ACA BIG 4 Qualified Accountants Needed
I am recruiting for a PLC house builder based in brand new offices in Beaconsfield and due to posting some impressive numbers for FY19 they are looking to grow the business through investment and organic growth.
This has created 2 new roles in the finance team but completely different areas of the company.
Mergers and Acquisitions Accountant
£50,000 - £55,000
The Mergers & Acquisitions role will report directly into the Finance Director and support him with both land and business acquisitions, having a heavy involvement in the due diligent and financial planning of this.
Group Financial Accountant
£50,000 - £55,000
The Group role is to integrate this growth in to the currently reporting structure and support the Group Financial Controller in reporting the group stats and figures to the wider business and senior management. You will also be responsible for the monthly consolidated accounts submission to the board.
ACA any Practice Size Needed
A Global healthcare organisation based in Amersham. Based within the Group Finance team that support multiple subsidiaries.
The business has a fantastic track record of developing newly qualified accountants and progressing them through the business.
£50,000 + 1 day work from home!
You will be responsible for 2 main entities with the healthcare structure and then support with the consolidation of the small subsidiaries. You will be responsible for preparing statutory financial statements under IFRS, for a portfolio of legal entities within the UK and Ireland.
This PLC business have just made 2 acquisitions, one is in Germany and the other is right here in High Wycombe! I have placed an ACA from Big 4 here before and that was a real success story as he was the person who ended up being the one that went out to Germany to integrate the business in to group finance.
This is a role just come in today!
The role is focusing on the reporting and Group BI, co-ordinating the entities to all falling in line with the group vision. This will see you involved in the ERP (Netsuite) implementations, group reporting improvements and development of the Power BI tool they are bringing in to the business.
