Given successful business development and growth, this firm is recruiting for a Senior Manager to join its highly-reputable Tax Advisory Service Line, focusing primarily on Private Business. A forward thinking firm, various working arrangements will be considered, such as full-time and part-time hours as well as individuals who wish to maintain a a hybrid set up post-pandemic. This firm prides itself on delivering great flexible working which is a genuine reality for its employees. This role is suited to an existing Senior Manager or an experienced Manager looking to step up.
Your new role
Joining a market-leading tax advisory service line with a dedicated and well-thought-of Private Business Team, you will advise wealthy individuals, families and their businesses, as well as private-equity backed organisations. Your primarily responsibility will be to manage their personal and company tax planning in the UK and abroad. In order to do so, you will develop existing and new customer relationships, maintain a high level of relevant tax knowledge and advise clients on the latest tax issues and developments. Further to this, you will supervise and coach more junior staff, at Manager, Senior and Associate level. You will be actively encouraged to consult, to share specialist knowledge and new ideas as the firm continue to innovate to deliver a first-class service.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have a proven track record of delivering tax advisory services, at the level of Manager or Senior Manager, inclusive of clients within the private business remit. You will possess excellent communication and project management skills, complimented by a drive to provide first-class customer service. You will ideally be ACA and/or CTA qualified.
