You will be reporting and working with a passionate Head of Finance and assisting, a highly driven Finance Director in commercial contracts as well a leading an enthusiastic team. This business operate international and pride themselves on their proven track record of promoting internally.

Your new role.
As the Senior FP&A Manager, you will be a crucial, influential hire with desire to change and influence the culture and performance of the business.
You will lead of a team of 3, leading, owning the financial aspects of the annual corporate three year plan, quarterly forecasting. Analysis of business activities to improve business performance. Driving development of planning and analysis systems and processes.
Engaging with the management and C-suit teams to build robust budgets and forecasts, challenge business performance to drive future strategy and objectives.
Use Management information and analysis of activities and costs to drive recommendations for improvement and enhance performance.
Develop detailed models to support decision making.
Evaluate financial planning and analysis processes and workflows.
Develop business cases, modelling to influence change
Attend budget meeting with a wide range of stakeholders
What you'll need to succeed
ACCA, CIMA, ACA qualified with significant post qualification experience.
Experience in a senior management position in a financial planning environment.
Proven track record of implementing change.
Team management experience
Excellent quantitative, analytical and financial modelling skills
Strong systems such as SAP, Oracle, SQL, TM1 or Cognos.
