Job Description

Our client, an unrivalled industry innovator with a stellar reputation for providing a fun and progressive working environment, is looking to source top calibre individuals to join its FP&A function.

You will play a key role in the Planning & Analysis team, with ownership of the long range plan and budget, as well as business partnering a wide range of stakeholders to consolidate P&L plans and provide narrative to the Senior Leadership team. You'll also gain rare access and fantastic exposure to the European CFO, giving you excellent visibility for future leadership roles.

Main duties include:
* Acting as business partner for commercial team on budgeting and challenge on profitability
* Updating Senior Leadership team on 10 year P&L plan including any risk and opportunities to profit
* Submitting P&L long range and budget submissions to corporate
* Organising and planning the long range plan timetable and arranging reviews with business partners
* Owning budget capital forecast, including updating Execs and dealing with their queries
* Supporting with ad hoc analysis when required

Key skills & experience required:
* ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified
* Strong academic record
* Confident and capable of presenting to Senior Leadership
* Demonstrates high level of initiative and drive
* Positive and proactive approach to problem solving
* Thrives working in a collaborative environment, good team player
* Ambitious, self-motivated and sets high standards for themselves
* Displays a good level of credibility, as well as a keen enthusiasm
