Job Title: Quality Manager (FS Background required) Location: Glasgow
Your new company
This financial service company offer a range of services including actuaries, pension & investment consultants, pension scheme IT specialists and trustees. In recent years they have seen significant growth and are looking to expand their Risk and Audit team in Glasgow by bring in a highly capable Quality Manager who will take responsibility, amongst other duties of ensuring the ISO standards are up to date (specifically ISO9001)
Your new role
You will be responsible for improving the quality of internal processes and procedures and you will have the ability top get to grips quickly with vision, l;leadership and project management experience. In addition, you will take accountability for the effectiveness of the Quality Management Systems, Develop and monitor a Quality Reporting framework, prepare and present clear and concise reports to the board, recommend quality improvements on the back of any incidents and provide regular analysis and review of information and procedures.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have a strong quality management background within a financial services setting and you will have the competence and experience to manage ISO standards, in particular ISO9001:2015. You will also have significant stakeholder engagement experience as this role will include reporting at c-suite level. In addition you will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to work with limited supervision.
