Project Accountant for infrastructure business

Your new company
You will be working for a large listed infrastructure group that have a large portfolio across the UK. The business are going through a large amount of change as they are growing their portfolio and are looking to bring on some interim support for an initial 6 months.

Your new role
You will be supporting the Financial Controller and take responsibility for the financial performance and control of a portfolio of infrastructure projects. You will be responsible for managing a full range of project activities including effective day-to-day financial operation, quarterly management reporting and annual statutory reporting, establishing and managing strong relationships with key project stakeholders.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a fully qualified accountant with experience of statutory account preparation under UK GAAP and IFRS. You will have strong cash management and budgeting skills and understand tax structures. You will have strong management skills and have a proactive approach.
