As the Programme Finance Implementation Manager, you will work in a variety of areas including financial management, project management and business analytics. Working closely with the Director, you will play a key role in establishing and driving forward the development of the organisation.
*Understand the needs of the organisation, using this insight to design and implement a finance operation model.
*Lead on the development of end to end financial policies and procedures, including those to monitor funding and performance of the Programme.
*Ensure appropriate financial reporting controls are in place including monthly cash, management reporting and year end statutory reporting.
*Build strong working relationships with complex stakeholders to ensure that the organisation manages the programme effectively and efficiently.
*Assist in transitioning and implementation of a new finance system.
In applying for this role, you will be a fully qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CIPFA or equivalent) accountant. You will have significant experience of working on complex programmes and ideally have experience of working on developing a finance function from scratch. This position requires first-rate communication skills, both verbal and written and it is essential that you can engage effectively across a business with non-finance stakeholders. Experience of working within the property or construction sector would be advantageous however all backgrounds will be considered.
