A high end property investment and development business with interests in a range of real estate assets across the UK.
Your new role
The role will be to take lead for all in house accounting functions within this high growth business. The role will be a part time position and will be flexible on days and hours depending on experience and suitability.
- Preparation and ownership of monthly management accounts
- Liaison with external parties - Audit & Tax
- VAT returns
- Year end statutory reporting
- Working closely with Managing Director and Managing Partner of the business
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a qualified or QBE professional with experience and understanding of working in a small business accounting role. You will ideally be looking for a part time role (ideally three days per week), flexible on days and hours.
