The audit and accounts department is at the heart of this practice who believe that it is important to develop a real understanding of their clients business. Through close involvement and regular interaction with this firm's clients, they ensure that their experience and expertise is focused on their clients' needs. The department has a relatively flat structure with opportunity for promotion and close working relationships with both senior staff and partners.
Your new role
Planning and project managing all aspects of audit engagements. Liaising with clients throughout the audit process. Identifying and resolving audit issues bringing a high level of technical knowledge and ability Delivering to reporting and completion deadlines and delivering to budgets. Developing junior staff and reviewing their work providing constructive feedback and identifying areas for development.
What you'll need to succeed
Qualified accountant through ACA / ACCA / CIMA with demonstrable audit experience Driving license would be advantageous
