As a Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Director in our Midlands Tax team, you will be an experienced Tax professional who has a focus in M&A. As part of your Director position you will work closely with clients as well as our Corporate Finance colleagues to consult in transactions from both a buy and sell perspective. With your knowledge and expertise you will be able to offer sound advise to our clients in the SME market on tax due diligence, share transactions, modelling and structuring.

In order to enhance your own personal development, you will have the opportunity to lead, manage, motivate and coach other members of the team so supervisory experience would be desirable. You will be working with a great team of like-minded colleagues all focused on supporting each other to perform at their best.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in a M&A focused Corporate Tax role. In terms of qualifications, we want to ensure we are offering the best service to our customers so possessing a tax qualification such as CTA or a qualification with similar standing, such as ACA, would be a distinct advantage.
