A career opportunity within a regional leading, growing and highly regarded firm of Truro accountants, has arisen for a career focused, qualified ACA/ACCA/CTA practice professional, to join this team as Manager / Senior Manager with progression on offer, in a role offering genuine path towards partnership and director level.
This growing accountancy practice, based in Truro, has an excellent reputation, providing quality services and added value project work to its varied client base, across ltd companies, OMBs in varied industries and sectors, wide ranging in size, generating significant advisory project work, across both accounts and tax related issues. The firm also has a significant private client base of high net worth individuals, directors and wide ranging individual clients, generating complex, personal tax advisory projects. Given the mix of work, the firm provides an ideal environment for an all round, accounts and tax professional, looking to carve a key position and become a pivotal part of this firms, further growth and development.
Joining as Manager / Senior Manager, you will be responsible for managing a client portfolio, covering a wide range of business sectors and individuals, somewhat moulded around the right persons strengths and preferences. Alongside managing the delivery of a quality service to your clients, building relationships, you will deliver on a wide spectrum of advisory projects, across a wide range of accounting and tax project work. With a a strategy focused on growth and with succession to plan for within the firm, the partners are looking for the right individual who can develop the firm and progress within the organisation as a Manager with progression - clear route to partnership on offer in this leading accountancy practice. The opportunity therefore provides a genuine chance to develop towards partnership with the associated skills required and you will be expected to demonstrate the ability to step up into this level of role.
You will be ACA, ACCA and/or CTA qualified, with a strong background in accountancy practice. You will have skills managing a portfolio of mixed clients, across any of profitable limited companies and OMBs up to, or over the audit threshold, HNWIs and wide ranging individuals, with an emphasis on accounts, tax and advisory work. You will be a manager or senior manager looking to step up into a partner level role in time and be able to demonstrate the skills required with business development and relationship building skills.
Your background could have been developed in an independent accountancy firm of small, medium/large size, or larger Top 50, Mid or Top Tier, firm background and you will be seeking a challenging opportunity in the profession, where you can develop towards partnership in a leading firm of accountants.
Circa £35,000 - £45,000 or more dependent on experience, background and level, negotiable around the background of the right professional.
