Your new company
Hays Senior Finance is currently working exclusively with an organisation that is looking to recruit a Head of Costings, MI and Projects within management accounting.
Your new role
You will provide strategic and operational oversight of costings whilst being required to lead and oversee the translation of this costing data into management information and benchmarking data. This will in turn provide insight for strategic planning, cost reduction and revenue growth opportunities for the organisation.
You will take a finance lead in supporting the development, delivery and post project review of major strategic projects. You will deputise for the Head of Management Accounting and will have line management responsibility for members of the senior finance team.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful applicant will be a qualified accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA) with previous experience of operating at senior level in a large complex organisation. You must be able to proactively influence decision making through negotiation skills and have excellent project management skills to see multiple projects to implementation. You'll be able to demonstrate strong leadership skills and you'll also have excellent interpersonal and influencing skills.
