Management Accountant job 15 month FTC £42k North Kent, must have statutory accounts experience
Your new company
You will be working for an established and growing organisation in the North Kent area. The Management Accountant job is a 15 month Fixed Term contract to cover maternity to start in August 2021. AT present you will be working from home, but once lifted you will be working 3 days in the office and 2 from home each week. You will be working 35 hours a week
Your new role
You will be responsible for compliance with contractual documentation, preparation of monthly management accounts, review the accounts and monthly balance sheet reconciliations. You will review the payments and bank instructions for approval, prepare the annual budget for review and prepare the treasury investment proposal. You will prepare the quarterly corporation tax payments calculation along with the VAT, PAYE an NI returns. You will prepare the companies statutory accounts and manage the statutory audit process. You will support the relevant Finance Manager in the delivery of contractual financial information.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a qualified ACCA, CIMA or ACA Accountant with experience in statutory accounting and management accounting. You will be able to demonstrate you have managed multiple stakeholders. You will have excellent Excel skills. You will be available to start the contract in August 2021 and commit to the full 15 month term.
