Your new company
You will be joining a fantastic growing SME business based near Salisbury; established over 30 years ago, they are a renowned name in their marketplace. Your new role
Reporting into the Finance Director; you will be working in a hands-on role, responsible for producing financial and management information to enable the senior management team to make informed business decisions. This will include full ownership of the management accounts preparation, supporting with budget production, stock reconciliations, cash-flow reporting, fixed assets, VAT returns, credit control & overseeing sales invoicing. Working alongside a small team who are responsible for purchase ledger and payroll.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have some existing management accounting preparation experience and be happy in a hands on role requiring customer contact to resolve aged debt issues. Ideally you will be part qualified or a recently qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA), but "qualified by experience" candidates will also be considered. You will be a team player, with a proactive attitude and good problem-solving and time management skills, to achieve deadlines.
What you'll get in return
A competitive salary is on offer £38-42,000 plus pension, holiday entitlement that rises with service up to 28 days, working in modern offices with parking available on site. Study support may be available for the right candidate.
