M&A Tax Assistant Manager

Your new company
A Big 4 accounting firm are looking to recruit a M&A Tax Assistant Manager for the Leeds office.

Your new role
As the M&A Tax Assistant Manager you will be reporting directly into the M&A Tax Manager assisting with the day to day projects including vendor due diligence and purchaser due diligence. You will also co-ordinate input for other tax service lines, liaise with clients to gather information on tax positions and ensure internal risk requirements are met.

What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for a qualified (ICAEW, CTA) accountant with experience working in practice, reviewing UK Corporation Tax computations and a broad based understand of UK corporation tax concepts. Ideally, you will have a high competence with Microsoft Office, experience with day to day project leading and high quality business writing and communication skills.
