Job Description

Contribution to an 18 Month project to replace the existing Treasury Management System for a top 250 UK Corporate.

Client Details

Leading energy provider in the UK.


  • Work with the business and programme teams to identify and produce detailed End-state process maps including systems, data and controls.
  • Capability to task level workflows and diagrams (capturing both human and systems interactions and interfaces).
  • Working with the Treasury Project team to translate the requirements into a delivery plan and support implementation.
  • Impact analysis of changing business processes and structures.
  • Work closely with the incumbent Treasury team to understand key factors contributing to the roll out and implementation of the TMS.
  • Translate complex workflow documentation into user friendly reference materials that can be used for testing and training.
  • Happy with remote working.


  • Thorough understanding of Corporate Treasury operations: front, middle and back office.
  • Experienced in defining and documenting a multi-layered operating model task level workflows and diagrams, exposing hot spots, operational risks, control weaknesses/failures and providing improved processes and frameworks to address the issues.
  • Understanding of the interactions between various sub-teams within Corporate Treasury.
  • Understanding process modelling, controls and organisational design.
  • Documenting multi-layered "To-be" processes using Visio and or Blue Works or similar. The Current Operating Model is already documented to level 3.
  • Expert knowledge of Visio and Blueworks or similar.
