Your new company
Your new firm is a specialist business restructuring & corporate finance firm based in north London. The partners who bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the business ensure that the firm sits at the forefront of the business restructuring and advisory market.

Your new role
Leading a friendly and motivated team who are responsible for case management from Pre-appointment and initial set-up and Day One to post-appointment. The caseload is mainly corporate. The firm attract loyalty and the majority of staff have been there at least 5 years. Your team work alongside investigations and recoveries and a reporting team, and you'll report directly to IP's Between the three appointment-takers in the firm attract a very healthy caseflow and often do joint appointments with significantly larger firms. Staff development, mentoring and leadership will all be significant factors in this position.
If you have the ambition to become an Appointment-taker in your own right, the firm will support and encourage this, including support for existing JIEB part-qualifieds.

What you'll need to succeed
Your experience in insolvency/restructuring, obtained from a professional practice, will be at least to Assistant Manager level. You'll either be ambitious enough to be aiming at IP in your own right , or someone who sees themselves more as a career manager. Either scenario can be considered by the firm.
