Job Description

Our client, a high-growth and sought-after FTSE listed business, is looking to source a talented Finance Manager who will be the end to end owner of the Hyperion planning, budgeting and reporting tool. This is a very visible, high profile role, taking full responsibility for everything associated with the system, including set up, performance, controls and strategy whilst reporting into the Senior FP&A Manager.

Main duties:
* Review the current Hyperion set up and implement a complete step change in performance, ensuring it becomes a best in class system
* Ensure data feeding into Hyperion from other systems is seamless, fully automated and integrity is assured
* Develop a robust, future-proof strategic plan ensuring feedback for improvement is taken on board
* Act as a key business partner with Finance, IT and other relevant stakeholders
* Line management of the Hyperion team
* Deliver comprehensive training for users of Hyperion

Key experience required:
* Proven track record working extensively with Hyperion, as well as making significant improvements to a current system
* Possesses excellent understanding of financial statements and reporting including management and statutory accounts, P&Ls, balance sheet and cash flow
* Strong working knowledge of Oracle R12 preferred
* Highly numerate and analytical
* Confident and credible character, a natural leader
* Excellent business partnering, capable of building relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
* Dynamic and positive approach to problem solving
