Job Description

PharmaVentures is seeking to appoint an individual to take a leadership role in the winning and executing M&A mandates. The role requires a proven track record of winning M&A mandates, preferably in the healthcare industry. Crucial to the role is the ability to build strong relationships with clients at corporate and board level. The ability to manage multiple project teams is essential.

Description

Responsible for the execution of multiple M&A and advisory mandates. This includes:-

  • Originate new and obtain repeat business
  • Have and develop a network of industry contracts
  • Support the building of the specialised M&A team at PharmaVentures
  • Have responsibility for the execution of the mandates
  • Meet financial profitability targets
  • Effective delegation to colleagues
  • Ensure compliance to all FCA processes and procedures
  • Ensure appropriate training to develop and manage directors and analysts
  • Input into the business strategy of PharmaVentures

Profile

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelors Degree, preferably in Life Sciences, but not essential
  • Business or Financial qualifications with M&A experience
