Head of FP&A - Healthcare

Your new role
You will be responsible for supporting the Finance Director with FP&A activities, including budgeting, forecasting and financial planning. You will manage the cycles within the team, ensure deadlines and timelines are met. You will partner with senior stakeholders as well as the finance teams across different regions. You will manage the group FP&A process, highlighting changes and analysis. You will also be responsible for P&L, Balance Sheet and Cashflow forecasting and reporting, including process improvement of the financial performance of the Group.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be qualified accountant (ACA ideally) and have strong FP&A experience coupled with Group experience. You will have a background having dealt with challenging stakeholders and accounting issues. You will ideally have exposure to Healthcare or multi-site companies. This role is ideal for someone who is making a step up from FP&A manager position.
