Head of Financial Analysis required for Global Insurance company
Your new company
Your new company is a specialist insurance group who operate in both the Lloyd's and company market. They have invested a huge amount in their finance systems and teams over the past few years to set themselves up as market leaders.
Your new role
You will be leading a team of 4 who are responsible for co-coordinating all of the internal reporting processes which you will then present to the CFO and to the US Head Office. Your team will be responsible for all of the actuals reporting and ensure the various finance teams adhere to the expected timelines and work with the business units to explain any variances.
What you'll need to succeed
This would suit an experienced FP&A or Reporting Manager with strong internal reporting and analysis experience. You will have work in a large matrix organisation with complex reporting requirements and have proven yourself as a team leader. Insurance experience is mandatory for this - General or London market.
What you'll get in return

You'll have a motivated team of 4 reporting into you, and as the company is constantly going through change you'll have an opportunity to add value and improve processes. This will be a 12 month FTC on a salaried basis paying £100,000-£110,000 plus benefits.
