Job Description

This is a Senior Leadership role to develop and lead our Finance Strategy for day to day operations as well as our mission and business expansion and sustainability.

Keychange currently provides eleven Care Communities for older people and two Housing Communities for Homeless younger people, all across England.

We are looking for an experienced finance lead to work closely with the CEO, senior colleagues, finance team, managers and trustees to strengthen our existing financial processes and to develop new business plans and opportunities.

This post has an occupational requirement for the post holder to have a personal, active Christian faith
