Group Financial Controller - £90,000 - £120,000 + Executive Bonus + Car

Your new company
Our client is a global leading organisation who have seen significant growth over the last number of years. With a multi sited operation across the world they aim to provide a world class service to its customers. The business has high ambitions and would be looking to continue the develop process.

Your new role
This role is will take full responsibility for the development and leadership of the financial accounting and working to develop the group financial processes, policies and procedures. Working across the who business you will provide support across the Group Board and Executive team, as well as other finance stakeholders across the business. Reporting to the Group CFO you will be working as a true business partner to the corporate team providing technical and analytical support. Working with the Group CFO to review and test the budgets, and the wide teams to deliver the full re-forecasting. Managing, developing and leading a team of 10+ you will be working with them to complete the Group Accounts, you will be the head person in the interpretation and deliver of the IFRS accounting standards and work with the team to deliver the group consolidation. The role will be working to bring the diverse group of companies to a standard harmonious group of companies and managing the change that is required through this process. You will also be a lead player in the implementation of the ERP system across the group.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced of working in a Senior Management team ideally within a global business. You will be a ACA Accountant with experience of a demanding environment. You would have ideally worked within a group environment with having had exposure to managing change. You will have a clear motivation and be able demonstrate drive. You will have worked in a complex organisation and have an understanding of what "Best in Class" looks like.
