Work pattern: full time, 37 hours a week

Role Purpose

Natural Resources Wales are currently seeking experienced and enthusiastic individuals to join the grants assessment and monitoring team! We are a placed based organisation actively engaging with local communities, sectors, partners, charities and Public Services Boards to collaborate more effectively and better understand opportunities to work together. Qualifications and Skills

Knowledge of:

  • Grant management skills with basic understanding of budgeting and financial management concepts.
  • Managing grant programmes from initiation through to impact reporting.

Experience of: 

  • Financial and grants management/administration.
  • Maintaining audit trails of decisions made on grant proposals.
  • Analysing large data sets using Excel.
  • Completion of searches using Google and other online databases.
  • Working in a programme and project management environment with project management experience and/or qualifications.
  • Building relationships with other teams, with a focus on customer service.
  • Working within a Finance and Grant funding environment.
  • Share your knowledge and expertise to help solve problems, supporting all Heads of Business in EPP as required.
