The key responsibilities for this Governance Manager (Consumer & Billing) based in Bristol / from home are:

  • Identifying and delivering improvements, driving strategic deliverables
  • Ensuring that operational activities delivered by Group Functions meet the requirements of the Consumer
  • Ensuring risk is identified and captured, assessed, adequately mitigated and reported/escalated where appropriate
  • Ensuring accuracy over billing and minimising risk to the customer & business

Strategic objectives of the role include:

  • Minimising the impact of failure
