Senior FP&A Manager for a large professional services firm based in Birmingham City Centre

This is an outstanding opportunity to join a global professional services organisation in the role of Senior FP&A Manager based in Birmingham City Centre. This is a key role in the financial leadership team and will influence the financial strategy of the organisation.
Your new role
Leading a team of 4 you will take ownership of the organisations financial planning process, including all strategic business planning, budgeting and forecasting. The post holder will play a key role in supporting the senior management team to develop the strategic plan, business partnering high-level operational stakeholders. You will also drive the development and delivery of the reporting capability, including the continuous improvement of the firms business intelligence and financial analysis.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will be fully qualified (ACA/CIMA/ACCA) with significant FP&A exposure. Highly developed analytical and modelling skills will be required along with the ability to present complex financial data and concepts to non-finance professionals. Experience of leading a team is also highly desirable as is working knowledge of IBM Cognos or similar planning and budgeting software tools.
