Your new company
A leading and fast-growing Financial Services business based in West Oxfordshire is actively seeking an experienced Management Accountant to support their business with improved financial reporting to deliver more extensive management information to the leadership team and wider business. The role will report into the Group Financial Controller and will work alongside a group of best-practice and dynamic operational accountants.

Your new role
As the successful candidate, you will be responsible to produce monthly management information which will include board packs and variance reporting. Furthermore, you will also be expected to review, reconcile, and consolidate monthly results from 100+ cost centres, whilst also closely partnering with the operational and sales managers across the business. In addition, you will assist with budgeting and forecasting, whilst also investigating and delivering workforce analysis, alongside wide ad hoc reporting. Year end support including preparation of statutory reporting and key POC for Audit query handling will also be integral to this role.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful, you will need to be Qualified ACCA/CIMA/ACA or QBE with extensive management and financial reporting experience. You will be highly competent in Excel and possess an inquisitive will demonstrate strong initiative and a proactive approach to tacking tasks and wider problem-solving, whilst also communication effectively and always collaborating with relevant stakeholders. Building and maintaining strong relationships throughout the business will be key to your success. Previous Financial Services industry experience would be advantageous.
