Financial Controller - leading Welsh charity/not for profit organisation - fulltime/flexible working Swansea
Your new company
Working for a leading Welsh charity based in the Swansea area and reporting to the Chief Executive and Board of Trustees. A fabulous long term move for a talented all rounder from the not for profit sector. First interviews are being held remotely during lockdown.
Your new role
Full finance function responsibilities and board reporting, managing a sizeable team via 2 experienced supervisors - a hands on role but one where you will affect the strategic direction of the charity and really be able to make a difference.
What you'll need to succeed
To be an experienced qualified accountant with a breadth of finance experience - not-for-profit sector is desired - you may have gained this directly - or indirectly for example via a background in practice and with charity clients. To be a great leader and communicator.
