Job Description

Robertson Bell are looking for a Financial Analyst on behalf of one of the most interesting and renowned commercially focused organisations based in Central London. This is an exciting opportunity that will immediately have responsibility for adding value and driving strategy.

The Financial Analyst will play a pivotal role in the delivery of high quality, effective and value adding financial management service, comprehensive financial support, analysis and guidance to support decision making and delivery of objectives.

Responsibilities will include:
*Develop and update robust financial forecasts to ensure that available resources are utilised effectively to enable the delivery of Directorate objectives
*Assist in the month end process to analyse and review the monthly costs to produce vigorous forecasts
*Provide financial analysis and business partnering financial information to support decision making across Senior Management and stakeholders
*Engage with and support the budget setting process through the provision of financial analysis, challenge and advice to ensure the use of financial resources in line the organisation's priorities and longer-term strategic plans

The successful candidate will be a fully qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA or CIPFA) with experience of producing management accounts, budgeting and forecasting. We are looking for a strong communicator who has made excellent progression in their current organisation and can demonstrate adding real value. Exposure to financial planning and analysis in a commercial environment would be extremely beneficial and we are looking for someone who wants to progress quickly. This role will be presenting complex information to external parties while talking them through the findings, experience of this would be an advantage.
