My client is a large, complex organisation that has an impressive history of being the benchmark of success in its sector. Their Finance department is known for hiring ambitious and driven individuals, and the Finance Systems team is fundamental to ensuring success in the department and the organisation as a whole.
Reporting to the Head of Finance Systems, the key responsibilities of the role are:
*Lead on the implementation of a new ERP system

*Escalate complicated user issues, covering all applications used by the Finance department
*Liaise with key stakeholders around the organisation, encouraging interaction between users and managers to highlight areas for improvement within the systems
*Update and maintain logs of existing issues to create accurate documentation and processing mapping for future reference
*Support system users through any periods of change
This role is an excellent opportunity to play an integral part in an ERP implementation/upgrade project, and as such, candidates who have experience doing this in large, multi-site organisations would be strongly encouraged to apply.
