Finance Project Manager

Exciting, varied Finance Project Manager job for a dynamic and expanding business, Bournemouth, £65-70,000

Your new role
This role will support the CFO & Head of Finance with specific project work and financial analysis on historic and projected results, providing detailed commentary and commercial insights, supporting with detailed financial modelling and forecast projections . You will also need to support the day to day finance activities; managing 3-4 direct reports, responsible for month end processes, financial reporting, management accounting and budgeting/forecasting, whilst also maintaining robust financial controls.

What you'll need to succeed
Due to the wide scope of the role, it would suit a candidate with project experience but also a broader background covering financial closes, management accounting, financial reporting and FP&A experience. You will ideally be a fully qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) with proven people management skills , who enjoys coaching and developing team members. you will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to interact and gain respect and trust at all levels. Ideally you will have worked in a dynamic complex/multi-site organisation previously.
