A unique opportunity to support an organisation in improving 3 different divisions in creating improvements.
Established Not for Profit in the North West with a phenomenal culture
-Managing 3 finance managers who are responsible for: systems, cashbook and transnational teams.
-Project manage different continuous improvement projects
-Coaching, developing and improving the teams
-Being the link between finance and the wider teams for data and systems changes
-Business partnering internally to build relationships with stakeholders
-Presenting and gathering feedback from customers and stakeholders.
-Collaborate to improve reporting styles and content
-Improve efficiencies on data processing across all teams.
-Responsible for intercompany transfers
The successful candidate will be qualified with:
-project management experience
-experience of managing 3 different finance teams
-experience of delivering innovative solutions
-experience of leading and developing people to a high standard
