Hands on broad Finance Manager role

Your new company
A well established organisation who have grown steadily over the lack decade are in the market to appoint a Finance Manager who brings broad accounting skills to the table.

Your new role
Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will lead the local finance team ensuring strong financial controls are duly upheld and further developed in order to improve the finance function. You will manage cash flow forecasting requirements, keep a strong handle over aged debt issues, manage the asset register and support the budgeting and forecasting process. You will hire, motivate and manage the local team on a day to day basis in order to ensure best practice at all times.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a hands on accountant with a breadth of experience within a similar role. You will bring strong leadership qualities to the table and demonstrate excellent communication skills.
