Finance Manager

Your new company
You will be joining a dynamic and innovative global manufacturing organisation, who provide market-leading products and services to their customers, with an ethos of delivering excellence. You will be working within a friendly, professional team, in modern, spacious open plan offices, based near Bournemouth. They are offering a competitive salary and excellent benefits package, with ample free onsite parking, currently operating a hybrid working model (2 days from home / 3 days in the office).

Your new role
This is a key role in the finance team, where you will be managing the purchase and sales ledger functions (5-6 direct reports) and delivering and supervising the financial accounting activities, including fixed assets, journals, accruals, prepayments and intercompany transactions. You will be working closely with the Financial Controller to deliver the month-end results by producing the month-end trial balance, monthly balance sheet reconciliations and supporting analysis.

What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally be a fully qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) with previous experience of supervising a small team. You will demonstrate a broad range of financial accounting and management reporting experience, coupled with good IT skills, particularly Excel.
