Your new company
I am currently working with a fast growing, SME insurer looking to hire a Finance Manager as the first finance hire for the business. This is an exciting business, with ambitious plans and a real commitment to providing a flexible and accommodating work environment. Your new role
Reporting into the CEO, this is a broad and varied role. Key duties and responsibilities include:
- Drive and implement financial process and controls.
- Timely production of management information.
- Management accounts production
- Maintaining annual forecasts.
- Managing the outsourced service provider
- Working closely with senior management to ensure financial and regulatory requirements are met.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a qualified accountant with audit background preferred. You will need experience with Lloyds businesses or MGA's either in practice or industry with a strong background in financial controls and reporting. You will need to have an agile approach to work and the ability to lead from the front and build strong working relationships with a range of stakeholders.
