Varied Finance Manager job for a dynamic growth business, Bournemouth, £65-70,000


Your new company
You will be joining a well-established organisation with ambitious plans for continued growth, they are recruiting into this newly created Finance Project Manager due to their consistent and significant growth over the last 3 years. Your new role
This role will support the CFO & Head of Finance, split evenly across project work and day-to-day accounting requirements. You will be responsible for specific project work and financial analysis on historic and projected results, providing detailed commentary and commercial insights, supporting with detailed financial modelling and forecast projections . You will also support the day to day finance activities; managing 3-4 direct reports, responsible for month end processes, financial reporting, management accounting and budgeting/forecasting, whilst also maintaining robust financial controls. The longer term plan for the role will be as a successor to the Head of Finance, so ideally you will be ambitious to continue your career progression.

What you'll need to succeed
Due to the wide scope of the role, it would suit a candidate with strong technical accounting and project experience, ideally having covered financial closes, management accounting, financial reporting and FP&A areas of finance. You will be a fully qualified accountant (ideally ACA, but this is not essential) with proven people management skills , who enjoys coaching and developing team members. Ideally you will have worked in a dynamic complex/multi-site organisation previously and will be ambitious, energetic and keen to continue your career development.
