I am currently working with a leading, insurance broker based in London who is looking to hire a finance manager to join the team. Taking a leading role in process and controls development and change management this is an exciting time to join this business as it is undertaking a number of transformation projects.
Your new role
This is a broad and varied role reporting into the Head of FP&A. Key responsibilities include:
- Day to day management of revenue control team - 3 reports
- Month end revenue process
- Revenue recognition accounting policy application
- Process and controls developments
- Finance system implementation support
- Revenue report reviews with FP&A and senior management
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a qualified accountant with audit background preferred. You will need strong controls and reporting experience with insurance industry experience desirable. You will need to be comfortable managing a team and in change management scenarios.
