Experienced Finance Business Partner Required In Swindon

Hays have just been appointed as an exclusive partner with a great client in Swindon to help assist with the recruitment of a Finance Business Partner for their head office in Swindon. This role is a newly created role to work with a PE backed retail business.
Your new role
The Finance Business Partner will work at the group's Swindon head office where the Finance function and majority of the executive team are based. You will report directly to the Head of Finance and be responsible for providing financial planning and analysis to the Marketing, Digital and IT functions, and managing the partnership between the functions and the wider finance team.
What you'll need to succeed
Qualified accountant, educated to degree level and with post-qualified experience in a large and complex Retail environment. Advanced Excel skills and understanding of data reporting systems. Must have excellent analytical and due diligence skills, ability to challenge and validate information to ensure robustness of information presented. Strong communication and presentation skills. Confident in dealing with all levels within the company, including senior management, and non-finance specialists. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. Ability to prioritise work, and work well under pressure in a results driven environment.
