  • Supporting their peers and management team in a variety of projects.
  • Take ownership of their own development and explore opportunities to learn.
To be successful you will have the following skills and experience:

We are looking for an exceptional leader who can develop teams across a geographical area. Ideally, you will have worked within the industry previously and have a good understanding of the water business. You must be an organised individual with good communication skills. Good knowledge of Health and Safety requirements is essential.

You must hold a full, UK driving license to be successful in this role. You will be able to demonstrate the ability to manage your own workload and that of others. You will also be willing to learn and be willing to develop others on your team.

What’s in it for you:

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced people manager to work in a fast-paced and effective team, where every day is different from the last. You will be expected to spend time with your team visiting customers and getting yourself stuck in with the challenges faced across South London. Whilst there is an element of office-based work, the expectation is that you will spend most of your time supporting your technicians in the field.

There is also an opportunity for you to get involved in helping shape and develop continuous improvement initiatives; driven by a passion to be the best in the industry for customer service.

Our competitive salary package includes an excellent contributory pension, 26 days holiday per year increasing to 30 with the length of service and a wider benefits scheme. This includes an annual pay review, season ticket loans, voucher scheme giving you money off in major retail outlets, loyalty awards for continuous service plus much more, including our refer-a-friend bonus, where you can receive up to £1,000 for helping someone get a permanent position within the company.

We’re also proud to be here for our local community, offering all of our teams two days paid volunteer leave a year, as well as proudly supporting a lot of local events and charities.
