The Crowe Pension Funds team are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a broad range of pension scheme experience, to assist them in expanding business in pension scheme risk management and assurance services.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to be a member of a team who are committed to working with trustees to optimise pension scheme risk management, control procedures and assurance programs resulting in better pension scheme governance.
The individual will work with the Pension Fund partners and other specialists within the firm to develop and implement robust and best practice risk frameworks and assurance services for pension scheme trustees.
This is an opportunity to develop and shape this exciting and evolving practice area and the individual should therefore also demonstrate enthusiasm and an aptitude for business development.
The individual needs to demonstrate the following:
- Large pension scheme experience
- Knowledge of the pensions industry
- Good networking and client management skills
- Experience of working with pension schemes in reviewing, updating and implementing risk management processes and undertaking assurance work (e.g. internal audit or similar)
- Effective team leader
- Experience and enthusiasm about adding value to clients
- Proactive in identifying opportunities
- Work as a member of a team
The individual’s time will be 25% focused on promotion, writing articles and working with the partners and our marketing team to deliver relevant seminars. The remaining time will be providing risk consulting services to clients.
