Your new company
Working for one of the worlds leading fuel services businesses, the company are growing at a significant rate, usually doing circa 5 small deals and 1 large deal per year as an aggressive acquisition strategy
Your new role
Working in the corporate strategy team, advising the deals team through due diligence, valuation and modelling work.
- Evaluation and execution of strategic projects
- Provide comprehensive corporate finance and valuation analysis
- Prepare board materials to assist with 5 year strategic plan
- M&A integration planning and monitoring
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be an experienced strategic professional with exposure to M&A as well as modelling. An interested or background in the Oil & Gas sector would be beneficial.
