Our Corporate Services Director will play a key executive role in our decision making, with accountability for driving the strategic direction, performance and organisational strategy of NEBOSH. Reporting to the Chief Executive and working closely with the Board, Audit and Risk Committee and Executive Team, the position is critical in building a success driven ethos, by providing strong, clear, and inspiring leadership across the organisation, all of which support our charitable objectives.

The position requires strategic and operational leadership for Finance, HR, Risk, Facilities Management, and IT Systems Integration.  Lead on creating a dynamic and commercial operating culture, driving continuous improvement and high performance to achieve operational excellence across NEBOSH.

We seek a strong commercially focused business leader with the decisive ability to implement and drive strategic vision, and who can bring a highly successful track record of driving financial sustainability and growing income. You will be highly proactive with a proven record of inspiring and developing high performing teams and embedding the most effective and efficient internal systems and processes.

As a chartered qualified accountant, you will be able to demonstrate previous accountability for the success of leading Finance, HR, Risk, Facilities Management, IT, and Systems Integration. You will also have excellent communication and relationship building skills to form effective partnership with all those within NEBOSH, including our Board, key stakeholders, and our Learning Partners.
