Your new company
A £20 million turnover, PE backed Events company with global operations are looking to scale for growth and hit ambitious targets of £50 million turnover next year and £100 million in the 5 year plan.
Your new role
The position will operate as a true CFO, reporting into the MD and Founder, taking full leadership of the finance and accounting function, directing global strategy and managing banking / investor relationships.
- Full responsibility for the finance function
- Partnering with CEO & MD
- Ensure execution of short and long term strategic plan
- Debt & Equity financing
- Project management and systems implementation to ensure ability to scale for growth
- Responsibility for outsourced providers
What you'll need to succeed
The successful application will need to be able to demonstrate ability to take full ownership of a strategic finance function within a high growth £20 million turnover business. A mix of large and small business experience would lend itself well so the execution of the business ambitions to scale. You will come from a qualified accounting background and worked alongside senior business leaders.
