Joining the firm in a key addition to this specialist team as a Business Services Manager, you will take responsibility for the management and provision of accounting, tax and advisory/planning services to a wide spectrum of clients across varying industries and sectors with a focus on rural related clients. You will manage a client portfolio and look to build relationships with your clients, providing an added value service and look at act as a long term adviser to your clients. You will manage a team and look to develop their careers. You will manage the provision of varied accounting services for sole traders , limited companies and partnerships, corporate and personal tax and build relationships with your clients, with involvement in advisory, planning and other project work. Given the growth in the business and structure of the firm, excellent prospects are on offer to develop in this leading firm towards senior management and beyond.
You will be ACA/ACCA qualified with a background in accountancy practice as a Business Services Manager or similar level. You must have a background in the accountancy practice sector, and will have people management experience with the ability to coach, develop and motivate a team. Along with this you will have a strong accounts preparation background and ideally, some tax experience and planning knowledge would be beneficial.
