Job Description
Audit & Risk Committee Chair and Board Member position with one of the UK's largest housing associations.

Description
Leading the Audit & Risk Committee and being a member of the Board.
The Committee Chair will work with the Chair of the Board, CEO, CFO, and other Board and executive colleagues, to shape how our client resources and delivers their new strategy
This is an exciting time for a Board member to join our clients business as the launch of the 2020-25 strategic plan in April brings new and ambitious goals, including the development of new homes, and the transformation of services through co-creation with residents.
The expected time commitment for this appointment as the Chair of Audit & Risk and Board Member is approximately two days a month.
Profile
The organisation is looking for an outstanding and committed individual.
You must have prior experience in a NED position and ideally have a strong background in senior finance/internal audit/risk roles in large and complex organisations, to lead the Audit & Risk Committee and join the Board.
The total expected time commitment for this appointment as the Chair of Audit & Risk and Board Member is approximately two days a month.
