Your new company
Hays are working in partnership with a large national service provider in Suffolk who are focused on making their company a great place to work. They are currently seeking to add a Billing Analyst to their existing team and are keen to speak to ambitious individuals with the right skill set.

Your new role
The main function of your role will be to provide accurate invoice production for multiple divisions and revenue streams, perform billing analysis to improve efficiencies and support the Billing Manager in day to day billing operations. Specifically your responsibilities include:

  • Producing timely and accurate invoices for customers
  • Perform monthly variance analysis & investigate discrepancies in line with compliance requirements
  • Resolve invoice queries & produce credit notes as needed
  • Support in improvement of billing processes and systems
  • Ensure financial inputs are correct
  • Support the Billing Manager in the extraction and manipulation of data for MI
  • Support the Billing Manager in the assessment and structure of pricing models

This is a full time role working 37.5 hours a week between Monday and Friday.


What you'll need to succeed
You will have previous experience in a similar Billing Analyst capacity and have an affinity for numbers and data. You must have experience of working in a fast paced environment, driven by deadlines. You will have excellent IT skills, specifically Excel, and be able to manipulate large volumes of data. Ideally you will have experience in system testing and knowledge of working in a highly regulated industry.
