Reach International is working with this Global Accountancy firm to appoint a Financial Services Audit Director (Insurance) to their Dublin, Ireland office.

The Role

• Oversee a financial services (Insurance) client portfolio
• Help to lead the practice and grow existing, and develop, new business
• Lead client communication and relationships
• Manage and deliver large projects, providing technical and strategic advice
• Lead, mentor and develop teams
• Build internal networks and external profile

The Candidate

• Fully qualified ICAI, ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent
• Currently, or recently, at Director level in an accountancy firm
• Financial Services audit experience is essential with extensive Insurance experience
• Experience of staff management and leadership
