Are you also looking to receive excellent training and support so you can be provided with every opportunity to learn new skills and progress in the future?  Based in the audit and assurance department, your role will be general practice based – 50% audit & assurance and 50% statutory accounts, tax, management accounts and general client advisory work and one off projects. This unique firm has a very laid back and easy going culture and would suit someone looking for a good work life balance. You will be responsible for leading audits from planning to completion, managing teams and reporting to managers and partners. You will also gain exposure to other sectors such as property, technology etc, with turnovers to £200m+ although most of your clients will be between £20m and £50m. There will also be genuine opportunities for you to progress to supervisor and then manager level in the future as most managers are promoted from within.

You will be working in a good quality practice firm in a role at least 30% - 40% audit based and looking to upgrade to a firm where you will carry out a mixed general practice role consisting of leading audits but also accounts and tax assignments. This firm has also had great success with candidates who have lived outside of London and relocated to London and wanted to work in a good quality, friendly Top 50 firm. You must have experience of leading audits from planning to completion as well as accounts preparation assignments. Experience of a wide range of clients would be an advantage as would enthusiasm to progress in a short space of time. You must also live within commutable distance to North West London.

This friendly practice with a client base to rival a much larger firm, will offer you a challenging and varied role, interesting and high profile clients to work on and genuine work life balance. You will also have the opportunity to progress to a higher level in the future. This represents an excellent opportunity for a qualified ACA Audit & Accounts Senior to work in a rapidly growing Top 60 practice, develop your general practice and advisory skills and receive top rate training and support in a friendly and growing firm based in North West London.
