Qualified Audit & Accounts Manager ACA ACCA for leading accountancy practice firm in Bournemouth
You will be working for a Top 50 Accountancy Firm based in Bournemouth, who are looking to strengthen their team with the addition of a Qualified Audit & Accounts Manager.
You will be responsible for managing manage client audit engagements consisting mostly of owner managed businesses across a wide variety of sectors, including groups and consolidated accounts. You will be managing the workflow, and resourcing of the Bournemouth accounts portfolio which will include supervising and coaching accounts seniors, assistants and trainees. The split of work is likely to be 25% audit; 75% accounts, tax and advisory.
The delivery of excellent client service is paramount along with supporting the development of the Bournemouth team taking an active part in training junior members of the team and support of the senior management team.
Ideally you will be ACA or ACCA qualified with a minimum 3 year post qualification experience working in practice. You will need to have excellent technical accounting knowledge of UK GAAP and FRS 102, experience of using statutory audit and accounts software and excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office with intermediate excel skills as a minimum. You will need to be highly personable with excellent communication skills, a positive 'can do' attitude and your own transport.
